boxes are made of art paper + grey board ranging from 128gsm to 157gsm art paper. For grey board thickness, the thickness will be 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm depending on the strength and size as well as weight of the game designed.

Finishing style

Matt lamination, Glossy lamination, Linen, UV spot, silver/golden foil, Hollow, embossed.

Internal insert/placement

cardboard trays / plastic tray / paper tray.

Printed components

Punch boards

material will be 250gsm CCNB + Greyboard 250gsm CCNB for both Top-Cover and Bottem. Greyboard thickness will be mainly 1.00mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm depending on requirement.

Cards

Common sizes will be including 44x63mm, 51x51mm, 57x87mm, 63x88mm, 59x91mm, 70x70mm, 70x110mm.

Material

280gsm grey core ( low quality with cheaper price ) 280gsm blue core ( medium price with fair price ) 300gsm c2s/320gsm c2s ( art paper with heavier weight, good hand feel, strong water resistance, more elastic and not easy to deform. 310gsm black core ( the highest performance but expensive ). The finishing style can be AQ coating, linen and hologram style.

Booklet

Binding style will be included saddle stitch binding, perfect binding, spiral binding and case-warp binding ( hard cover designed ). The material to be used : 128gsm, c2s, 157gsm c2s or 80gsm wooden free paper.

Miniatures

The process will be monitored as following:
1.Provide 3D file with specifications
2.Adjust with final 3D design to have final digital mode
3.Print the digital sample and create physical 3D waxen sample
4.Create the real injection mold
5.Create a duplication of the digital sample with high level of details for further checking and modification.
6.Create the injection mold with leading time of around 20 days and produce a pre-production sample for approval
7.Proceed mass production in terms of assembly, or gluing and painting will be undertaken.
8.Checking quality and arrange assembly into customized tray or box designed.
